Property Inspections & Maintenance
As a critical part of our property management services we perform detailed move in and out inspections. We check on your building at regular intervals to ensure all systems are working properly, observe if tenant residents are properly maintaining the premises, and monitor the status and quality of any ongoing repair work. We also deliver an annual Manager’s Report that highlights the physical condition of the building with suggestions for preventive maintenance, property improvements, and general updates. We provide an overview of current market activities and area developments that may impact your property.
Comprehensive Financial Services & Reporting
Our online owner portal provides timely access to all your property information at your convenience. Financial services include rent collection and deposits, invoice payment of all bills related to operation of your units, and related reports. The income from your property will be direct deposited into your bank account. Year end reports are distributed with 1099 forms.
