RESIDENTIAL MARKETING & LEASING SERVICES
We help you save time and money by filling your empty rental units with qualified tenants. Our leasing professionals can manage the entire process and work on your behalf to improve your return on property investments. Here is how it works:
– We list your vacant home or condo units with detailed property descriptions and photos, and handle all advertising
– Units are listed and marketed on Intermountain Property Management’s website optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms, including map and property views, and easy to use search filters
– Units are also listed and promoted through syndication distribution and on other websites, including Craigslist, Zillow, Trulia, hotpads.com, local publications, and other local hotspots
– We process and screen all tenant resident applications, provide professional credit and background screening, process required documentation, and conduct showings of listed properties to resident applicants
– All showings and lease preparations are conducted by our licensed, professional and courteous property management agents who facilitate and coordinate communication with tenant residents
RESIDENTIAL LEASE ONLY SERVICES
In addition to our full service property management services, IPM offers a leasing only service option for property owners who prefer to self-manage. Leasing only service helps optimize your return on investment and helps you save time and money by filling your empty rental units with qualified tenants. PROPERTY INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE
As a critical part of our property management services we perform detailed move in and out inspections. We check on your building at regular intervals to ensure all systems are working properly, observe if tenant residents are properly maintaining the premises, and monitor the status and quality of any ongoing repair work. We also deliver an annual Manager’s Report that highlights the physical condition of the building with suggestions for preventive maintenance, property improvements, and general updates. We provide an overview of current market activities and area developments that may impact your property.
COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES & REPORTING
Our online owner portal provides timely access to all your property information at your convenience. Financial services include rent collection and deposits, invoice payment of all bills related to operation of your units, and related reports. The income from your property will be direct deposited into your bank account. Year end reports are distributed with 1099 forms.

IPM provides a management service package for individual home owners who are 55 and better. With a robust economy, busy construction industry, and a limited supply of subcontractors and vendors in our region, it can be difficult for homeowners to coordinate required maintenance services to keep their homes in tip-top shape. Our team of professional maintenance personnel and licensed property managers provides a solution. Perhaps you are tired of climbing the ladder to change ceiling lightbulbs or smoke detector batteries, or you have decided to travel for several weeks of the year and don’t want to worry about the house while you’re away. We provide semi-annual home checks to ensure all systems are functioning properly and make recommendations when repairs or replacements are needed.
